To the left we have provided a guide to the different beef grades and what they consist of. At The Corner Butcher Shop we only procure Certified Angus Beef which is graded in the higher end of Choice and into Prime grades. This gives you the best marbling without having to pay the high price of Prime. Additionally, if you would like to order USDA Prime Meats we are able to procure this grade if ordered at least 2 days ahead of time.
